Oblivion
Tell me why I live in this dream
Where every step I take
Brings me closer to my despondent state
My hands tied behind my back
Tears flowing like a river would
My head bowed in sorrow
Eyes forbidden to meet the stars
Darkness envelopes me completely
The cold wind sends shivers down my spine
Lips trembling like a child's
Slowly your dagger finds my heart
Pierces it ever so gently
Unkowingly
You remain in oblivion
